The induction motor industry was the first industry we started servicing in the late 80s. Our product range has therefore developed around this industry. We make almost all thermal classes of cables required in motors. We also harness them to provide lead wire sets.

We manufacture woven tapes and sleeves in-house. We also make insulation kits complete with; slot liners, shapers or phase barriers, closures, wedges, films, lead wire sets and sleeves cut-to-size.

MOTOR INSULATION KITS


We manufacture Insulation Kits that are designed to aid the manufacturing of Induction Motors.

Insulation kits contain multiple pre-processed components that are in a ready-to-use condition. Lead Wire Sets (Exit Leads), is pieces of cable that have been, cut and stripped to size and lugged at one end. Sleeves, Films & Wedges are cut to size and Insulation Paper is cut & folded to make Slot Liners, Shapers or Phase Barriers & Closures exactly as per design requirements.

The customers simply opens the Kit on his assembly line, and inserts the components as needed. This simplifies the production process and also saves valuable resources.

Polyester Tape


Polyester yarn is woven on narrow fabric looms to make this type of tape. They exhibit fantastic tensile strength, a very long life and a good temperature resistance (Thermal Class F).

They are used in the finishing and tying of electric motors, cable and wire harness manufacturing, ground insulation, armouring of Mica based insulation and many other applications.

Fibre Glass Tape


Fibre Glass yarn is woven on narrow fabric looms to make this type of tape. They exhibit fantastic mechanical strength, very good temperature resistance (600°C), excellent electrical insulating properties and are environmentally friendly option for high temperature insulation.

From Cables to Aerospace, Fibre glass tapes find an extremely wide application.

Tadpole Tape


Tadpole Tapes also called Tadpole Seals, are made by weaving a tape on heat resistant cores. They are resilient and non-absorbent gasketing materials. Multiple types of materials are used to achieve temperature and other specified requirements.

They are especially suited for applications requiring sealing under light pressure where bolting force is limited, such as doors, combustion chamber inlets and turbine flanges. They are also chosen when sealing demands are specified for instances where moisture is present, or insulation contamination has to be kept at a minimum.
